  • At this time, FlyCulture ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations without specific arrangements. We guarantee live delivery if notified within 8 hours of receipt. Someone must sign for shipment on first delivery attempt for guarantee to be effective. LIVE ARRIVAL ONLY VALID FOR PRIORITY AND EXPRESS SHIPMENTS. First class shipments are to facilitate the shipment of dry goods only. Any live cultures shipped via First Class Mail are at the risk of the recipient. Credit for any DOA's will be applied to your next order. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping is non refundable. The viability and production of cultures is not guaranteed as these can be affected by improper care. However, be assured that this has not been a problem. To make certain the best possible production, keep your cultures in a cool, dry place. Please, use common sense when storing your cultures.
